complaints procedure

When we receive your comments by either telephone, letter or email, our Customer Service Executives process them as follows:

  • They are logged on to a database and allocated a unique reference number.
  • Details are sent to the relevant management team for investigation.
  • Following this investigation a written response will be sent to you.
